This video demonstrates contract-relax stretching (Post Isometric Relaxation) in yoga posture sequencing. Demos include hip flexion-extension and then abduction-adduction with common standing single leg balances followed by Warrior poses and Revolved Triangle.

Muscles discussed are iliopsoas, tensor fascia latae, rectus femoris, gluteus minimus, gluteus minimus.
